About SPS Notification

In recent years the number of problems encountered by Indian Exporters exporting products of various commodities due to Sanitary and Phytosanitary measures applied by third countries continues to grow. To bring more transparency in the situation and to optimalize the efforts to resolve these issues, the Indian Government has established the SPS export database.

The information contained in this database has been what was circulated by the members under the SPS notification requirement at the WTO.
